What are your hours?

        The shop is open during class and by appointment.  If Elaine is in the studio painting or working with clay the shop will also be open.

What is the cancellation policy?

        You may cancel for a full refund any time prior to 5 days before  your first class (full refund less a nonrefundable transaction fee).  If you need to cancel within 5 days of your 8 week course a refund will depend on our ability to rebook the wheel.  If we do rebook you will receIve a full refund (less a nonrefundable transaction fee).  No refunds after start of course.

Do I need to purchase anything?

       No!  Tools will be provided.  Your cost includes 25 pounds of clay, glazes and firing of your pieces.  If you wish to purchase additional clay the cost is $20 per 25 pounds.

What happens if I miss a class?

       We will do our best to find an opening for you on another day to make up the class.  

What should I wear?

       Comfortable clothes that you don’t mind getting dirty!  Although most clays wash out there are some glazes that may stain.  If you have long hair, wear it back.  Jewelry should be taken off and its a good idea to keep your nails trimmed.  It can be difficult to work clay with long nails!
